Kurtis Blanchard is an Associate Vice President with Colliers International in the San Diego Region, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial buildings on behalf of investors and occupiers. His primary focus is Central County and inland submarket, where he represents his clients across a wide range of asset types, including warehouses, cross dock facilities, trucking operations, storage yards, & manufacturing buildings.
Kurtis plays a key role in business development, identifying new opportunities and introducing clients to Colliers' comprehensive capabilities on both a local and national scale. His blend of passion, persistence and patience throughout each transaction has helped him build a foundation of trust and long-term client loyalty.
In addition to his brokerage work, Kurtis takes on a leadership role within the San Diego office, hosting the firm's monthly industrial meetings.
