Kyle Carscadden is a real estate and sales professional with over a decade of experience spanning residential and commercial leasing, asset marketing, and business development. He currently serves in Membership Sales at Loloft, where he supports the growth and leasing of flexible co-warehousing and coworking spaces, helping businesses find scalable, community-driven workspace solutions. Kyle’s career includes leadership roles in both New York and the Western United States. Prior to joining Loloft, he served as a Leasing Manager for CooperWynn Real Estate, overseeing the leasing, marketing, pricing strategy, and renewals for a $200 million real estate portfolio in Park City, Utah. He developed comprehensive marketing strategies, drafted lease language and building policies, and guided tenants through both short- and long-term leasing processes. Previously, Kyle managed leasing operations for two luxury Upper West Side Manhattan apartment buildings totaling nearly 370 units and representing approximately $250 million in assets. In this role, he directed pricing strategy, negotiations, and marketing initiatives, including the implementation of innovative social media campaigns that contributed to maintaining vacancy rates below one percent. He also collaborated with architects on renovation projects to enhance asset value and increase building revenue. Kyle began his real estate career in New York City, where he worked as a licensed real estate agent handling residential rentals and sales. He managed transactions from initial client consultation through board approvals and closing, consistently exceeding sales targets while building strong relationships with clients and property management teams. In addition to his real estate background, Kyle brings experience in logistics and transportation from his time at C.H. Robinson, where he negotiated carrier contracts, implemented automation strategies, and managed relationships with transportation partners. Earlier in his career, he held client-facing leadership roles in retail and hospitality, further strengthening his expertise in customer service, operations, and sales performance.
