Kyle specializes in the sale and leasing of business parks, retail centers and industrial land. His expertise covers a broad range of activities including investment sales, site searches, land analysis, build-to-suits, sale/lease-backs, and consulting.
Kyle is a former Air Force Pilot having flown the T-38 talon, RC-26 metroliner, MQ-9 Reaper and C-17 Globemaster III. He was also a Division I wrestler who competed on a full scholarship at SUNY Binghamton where he was a 2x team captain and NCAA Division I qualifier.
