I am a Vice President at Southern Ventures Corporation (SVC), a diversified real estate company established in 1976 and headquartered along northwest Florida's Emerald Coast. Soon to celebrate it's 50th Anniversary, Southern Ventures conducts business operations in the development, design, construction, management and sale of real estate. My responsibilities as managing broker of Southern Ventures real estate division include promoting and leading the new construction sales and marketing program, as well as supporting our inhouse team of real estate agents.
