Kyle brings an entrepreneurial background and spirit to commercial real estate in Michigan working with a wide variety of clients. Kyle specializes in western metro Detroit, as well as secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state of Michigan.
Kyle spent more than ten years in the transportation industry serving in various management and sales roles with UPS and FedEx. In recent years Kyle expanded his entrepreneurial spirit by owning and operating several companies and he brings extensive knowledge of buying, operating, and selling businesses to Cushman & Wakefield. His passion for commercial real estate grew during the ownership of a successful facility maintenance business. During this time, he became an expert on business office and industrial space, including property management. Kyle’s market knowledge allows him to adeptly assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. Kyle lives in Brighton, Michigan with his wife and two daughters.
