Kyle Prawdzik is a Senior Vice President with the CBRE Investment Properties in Pittsburgh. During Mr. Prawdzik’s career, he has been involved in the marketing and sale of multiple transactions comprising over $2 billion of investment real estate and has experience in receiverships, asset disposition for real estate lenders, corporate sale-leasebacks, and 1031 exchange transactions. Mr. Prawdzik specializes in advising institutional and private clients in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing office, retail, multi-housing, industrial, and net-leased properties.
