Kyle F. Rueckert joined CBRE-Albany in the spring of 2012, bringing with him over four years of commercial real estate experience. During his short career, Kyle has completed work in each of the major commercial property types throughout various markets in the state of New York.
Prior to joining CBRE-Albany, Kyle worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for a national appraisal firm. During his time appraising, he completed work in office, industrial, hotel, multi-family residential, land, retail and special use properties. These skills, combined with his extensive market knowledge expanded while compiling the CBRE-Albany Office and Industrial MarketView Reports (semi-annual total inventory and availability for more 700 properties within the Capital Region marketplace) makes him a valuable resource to any real estate decision.
