As Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group, Kyle advises Private Equity Sponsors, Corporate Clients, and Institutional Investors in a variety of real estate capital markets transactions including Sale Leasebacks, Acquisitions, and Build-to-Suits. Kyle and his team run a full-service process including upfront analytics, credit underwriting, deal structuring & strategy, marketing, due diligence, lease accounting advisory, and closing. Kyle takes a consultative approach with his clients, spending significant time evaluating all possible transaction structures before entering the execution phase of a transaction. Kyle is well-versed in Sale Leasebacks, Headquarters Relocations, Acquisitions, Synthetic Leases, Net Lease Investment Sales and Financings.
Based in Chicago, Kyle advises on a national and international scale. He has closed deals in 40 states and 5 countries. Prior to joining CBRE, Kyle worked for GE Capital and JLL. Since joining CBRE in 2015, Kyle and his team have advised on over $18 billion in transaction volume with deal sizes ranging from less than $2 million to over $1 billion for a wide range of clients. Kyle was named among the top 10% of producers nationally for CBRE in 2022.
