Bio
Kyle Seminara is Managing Director of the firm and the Head of Origination with responsibility for sourcing investments and asset management. Kyle plays an integral part within the firm's Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW's overall strategic vision and direction. He has extensive experience in real estate investment, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management across a diverse range of commercial property types. Before joining AEW, Kyle was with CenterSquare Investment Management, where he acquired and managed real estate investments on behalf of the firm’s value-added strategies and separate account clients. Prior to CenterSquare, Kyle worked for Central Pacific Bank, where he underwrote commercial real estate loans and administered the firm’s commercial real estate loan portfolio. Kyle is a CFA® charterholder and a graduate of Claremont McKenna College (B.A.).
