In 1985, I began helping others discover, and purchase, their dream property in East Texas. My passion has always been land, but in ‘86 I began flipping homes, and coaching others to purchase and flip’s homes. Over the years, I have found helping first time home buyers, and working with translational buyers to profit, and build equity with smart purchases. Today, I work in all facets of real estate: homes, investments, land, farm & ranches, commercial, and even rentals. Helping people is my passion, watching others build wealth in real estate is a shared reward with my client family.
