Kyle Stanich is a Senior Vice President within Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group. In this role, Kyle is both a Los Angeles CAS leader and national Account Advisory leader, overseeing transaction management, portfolio strategy, and consulting for corporate occupiers.
Over the last 12 years, Kyle has been involved in the strategic consulting, transaction management, lease administration and project management of over 35 million sq. ft. of office space globally. Kyle began his career at the CBRE Headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles before moving to Colliers in 2014. He has led large scale real estate projects for notable clients across several industries including financial and professional services, media and entertainment, technology, and consumer goods conglomerates. Whether a single market focus, regional planning or portfolio wide assessment, Kyle’s approach is centered on driving efficiency and workplace utilization, cost mitigation, profitability and business growth.
