Bio
Kyle Teets, Director of the Franklin Street Student Housing Team, began his career in real estate in 2010 as a financial analyst and escrow coordinator. As an analyst, Kyle learned the complexities of commercial real estate before transitioning to an agent. He began as a retail investment specialist before switching his focus to student housing investments. With a long past in multi-tenant retail, Kyle is uniquely qualified to evaluate student housing complexes with a retail component.
Kyle graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Economics. Before joining Franklin Street, Kyle evaluated over $2 billion worth of investment real estate and closed or assisted in closing more than 200 transactions at Marcus & Millichap. With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, no property is too complex for him to evaluate. Kyle focuses on clients’ needs by acting as an advisor first; sometimes it makes sense to sell and other times it makes more sense to hold or refinance.
