Lance Suksiriwong joined Naples Hotel Group in January 2016 as Corporate Director of Revenue Management and has developed within the company since then. He has held the titles of Corporate Director of Sales & Revenue, VP of Sales & Revenue Management, and EVP of Hotel Performance and Strategy; today, he oversees all aspects of NHG’s daily operation, including financial performance, commercial strategy, and human resources, as the Executive Vice President of Operations.
In addition, Lance is responsible for developing vertical strategies to ensure company growth while measuring performances and expanding resources and tools, enabling training to help improve mechanical skills and tactical thinking. He is the source of contact for NHG’s clients, brand partners, and all third-party networks.
With 20-plus years of hospitality experience, Lance has worked with multi-brands, including Accor, Choice Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, IHG Hotels & Resort, Marriott International, and Wyndham Hotel & Resorts. He is committed to staying in tune with industry trends and discovering innovative ways to improve productivity and drive total profitability, but above all, he believes that the company’s culture drives the company's success, and his primary goal is to make NHG the home for employees’ choice.
Lance is a Certified Revenue Management Executive recognized by HSMAI, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.
