Lane Cowden is the owner of Cowden Real Estate, specializing in the renovation and management of a wide variety of rental properties. With more than 20 years experience brokering real estate and managing assets, he is well equipped to service his client's diverse needs.
Prior to Cowden Real Estate, Lane co-founded Summit Realty Partners with James Blake. While still in college at Texas Christian University, he worked with Butler Commercial Real Estate as an intern and later became an associate representing local industrial and retail buyers and sellers. He began his real estate career at age 18 by creating a personal real estate portfolio.
Lane is a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and earned a bachelor's degree in real estate finance.
