Bio
Lane Shea serves as Managing Director for HGI and is a member of the Executive, Investment, and Credit Committees. She is responsible for all aspects of capital transactions, with a focus on mortgage loan financing and property dispositions. Prior to joining HGI in 2000, Ms. Shea worked at CBRE (formerly CB Richard Ellis) in property valuation and underwriting for various asset types. Ms. Shea holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics from American University.
