Larry Cole is the founder of Markland Realty and Property Management. He has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and capital markets as a broker, lender, financier, developer, and consultant. He has expertise in structured finance and equity placement and has an in-depth knowledge of all property types. He has completed in excess of $500 million of transactions and has worked for Impac Commercial Capital Bank, Venture West Capital, Marcus & Millichap, and Landmark Realty and Property Management. In addition, he has consulted for several top tier real estate private equity funds.
Cole holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from UCLA and has a Certificate of Global Sustainability from the UCLA Extensions. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California identification Number: 01365596.
