Larry has been with Klein & Heuchan, Inc. Realtors since 1995 specializing in sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate properties. As a Professional Commercial Real Estate Agent he handles a wide variety of property types. Oldsmar, Florida has been his "farm" area specializing in Office, Retail, Industrial and vacant land properties, however, he has handled properties as far away as Lakeland and Bartow Florida; in the past he has sold a half a city block in Claremont, Florida and a trailer park sitting on Lake Panasoffkee, Florida! Larry has experience putting together real estate partnership's and have represented some of the largest office and mixed use developments in North Pinellas County.
Larry’s inventory consist of a mix of office, retail, industrial, vacant land, build to suit and specialty properties for sale and for lease throughout the Tampa Bay area.
