Lawrence Harwood is a Managing Director at Q10 Lutz Financial Services. The first executive to join the Q10 Lutz Financial Services team, Mr. Harwood is responsible for the origination and closing of complex loan transactions. His clients include entrepreneurial, fast growth, start-up companies and established, full-service, real estate firms.
Prior to joining Q10 Lutz Financial Services, Mr. Harwood devoted 20 years as a financial and accounting executive, having served as a chief financial officer, director of finance and controller in the service and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Harwood holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He became a certified public accountant in 1978, is licensed as a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson and has a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is the only CCIM designee in the State of Michigan, and one of the few in the United States, whose practice primarily focuses on commercial mortgage brokering. Mr. Harwood is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Commercial Board of Realtors and the CCIM Institute.
