Larry brings twenty years of diverse experience in commercial real estate to Realtec-Loveland. His extensive background in appraising commercial real estate and land in Loveland provides a solid foundation in sales of office, retail and industrial properties, as well as development land.
Larry holds a Master of Science degree from Colorado State University, and earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He was managing partner of Northern Colorado Appraisal Company prior to forming Realtec-Loveland in January 1995.
Larry's extensive knowledge of the Loveland commercial real estate market provides the basis for his consistency in helping his clients achieve their goals.
