Larry Robillard brings more than 30 years of comprehensive real estate experience in California’s Inland Empire. Over the course of his career, he has successfully bought, sold, invested in, and marketed virtually every type of real estate, including residential homes, commercial properties, vacant land, residential development, and land development projects. His broad, hands-on background allows him to serve clients with a depth of insight few agents can offer.
Committed to excellence, Larry continually stays ahead of industry trends through ongoing training and education. He maintains extensive knowledge of city and county planning, development processes, zoning, codes, and regulations, ensuring his clients are represented with accuracy, foresight, and confidence.
Larry began his real estate career in 1983 with Century 21, assisting homebuyers and representing sellers. Within just a few years, he advanced from a new agent to an office leader in sales, office manager, and agent trainer. He later joined RE/MAX Realty, where he focused primarily on investment properties while also helping to co-manage the office and mentor new agents.
For more than 15 years, Larry’s primary income came from representing clients in the purchase and sale of investment properties and land. In 1988, he began investing personally, acquiring land holdings, rental properties, and fix-and-flip homes, as well as developing properties and constructing single-family residences. When the housing market shifted dramatically in 2009, Larry adapted and repositioned his career, ultimately finding Keller Williams to be the ideal platform for leveraging his diversified real estate expertise.
In 2012, Larry identified a significant gap in the real estate industry: true expertise in vacant land sales. While many agents are licensed to represent landowners, few possess the firsthand experience necessary to accurately value, market, and successfully sell vacant land. Larry’s extensive background enables him to assess true market value and connect sellers with qualified buyers through targeted marketing strategies and an established client base.
