What we do in practice: We structure the offering, select and verify clients (SIRET, insurance, declared activity), manage administrative files, secure payments via Stripe Connect, and coordinate access. The property owner or site manager has no daily operational responsibilities. What the property owner gains: 100% of the occupancy revenue is directly transferred to their account. STRAKARA is compensated solely through service fees charged to the end clients — without affecting the host's rental income. Zero commission on your earnings.
