Ms. Clark serves as Rexford Industrial’s Chief Operating Officer and joined the Company’s Board of Directors in November 2025. She will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer in April 2026. Ms. Clark previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer from August 2020 to November 2024. Prior to joining Rexford, Ms. Clark served in various leadership roles at Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG), a publicly traded retail REIT, including Senior Vice President, Capital Markets from 2017 to 2020 and Vice President, Financial Services from 2012 to 2017, overseeing operational analysis, budgeting and reporting for the company’s West region. Earlier in her career, Ms. Clark held roles in institutional sales and equity research at Green Street Advisors, and served as Vice President, Capital Markets at Iron Tree Capital and Inland Capital Markets Group. Ms. Clark is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting, real estate and operations experience to Rexford.
