Laura Perlman joined Entre Commercial Realty in 2026 to help expand the firm’s urban footprint and market coverage. Laura is a distinguished real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, particularly in the industrial sector. She was honored as the Broker of the Year in 2025 by DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International. Laura has a proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions, including a landmark ten-year lease for a 92,955- square-foot space on Chicago’s Goose Island on behalf of a major global machine tool supplier. Her diverse portfolio also includes tenant representation for a 37,219-square-foot lease in Chicago and significant buyer and seller representations in Alsip, the Illinois Medical District, and Schaumburg.
Laura Perlman was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and now resides in the West Loop. Her deep-rooted passion for Chicago’s architectural and industrial history has kept her committed to the city.
