Bio
Laura Pritts is the Owner and Designated Managing Broker of AXIS 360, bringing three decades of experience as a trusted commercial broker in the Bloomington-Normal and McLean County area. Over the course of her career, she has built deep community roots and long-standing professional relationships. Laura specializes in multifamily and investment property sales, offering a comprehensive understanding of the local multifamily market. Her expertise also spans the full spectrum of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, and land sales and leasing.
Laura is a problem-solver by nature, and challenging properties, whether an obsolete office building, an historic church property, a complicated mobile home park or a downtown redevelopment project, Laura brings her skills and contacts together to find the right end user.
Laura and her team have received numerous awards including 2021 Circle Of Distinction Silver, 2020 Circle Of Distinction Bronze, 2018 Circle Of Distinction Gold, and 2018 Pinnacle Club. Laura also received the 2018 Presidential Award from the Mid-Illinois Association of REALTORS for her work in providing commercial representation to the MLS task force.
Laura is actively involved in the community where she currently serves as President Elect for the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of McLean County. She is a Past President of Bloomington-Normal Sunrise Rotary, and firmly believes in the Four-Way Test, which she makes every effort to consistently apply in her personal and professional life. Laura was awarded both the club’s Rotarian of the Year award and the District’s New Rotarian of the Year award (2017-2018).
In her free time, Laura and her husband are avid hikers, backpackers, and outdoorsmen. They love to travel, both nationally and internationally, and Laura plays guitar and sings with the Praise Team at their Church.
