Ms. Johnson is the owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Austin, Inc. and an experienced dealmaker. Launched in November 1998, the Sunbelt Austin office has become one of the leading brokerage firms in Central Texas and one of Austin’s oldest business brokerage firms. Ms. Johnson has over 40 years of business experience, both as an award-winning sales professional for three Fortune 100 companies and as a business owner in telecommunications, corporate training, and leadership development businesses. Ms. Johnson has experience representing companies in a wide variety of business categories, including service, manufacturing, retail, construction, restaurants, and trades. She has consulted on hundreds of deals, and her expertise spans a broad range of industries and deal complexities. Ms. Johnson teaches and speaks on negotiation, both in the U.S. and abroad. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Ms. Johnson has served as the President of the Austin chapter of the Texas Association of Business Brokers and has served on the state board of the organization.
