Lauren Ball is Chief Operating Officer of Westwood Financial, a retail real estate investment firm focused on grocery-anchored and service-oriented shopping centers across major U.S. markets. She was promoted to COO in March 2023 and is responsible for overseeing leasing, construction, legal, marketing, and property management functions, supporting the operational performance and stability of the firm’s multi-state retail portfolio.
Ball joined Westwood Financial in 2021 as Senior Vice President and Head of Leasing, leading the company’s nationwide leasing strategy. Prior to Westwood, she spent more than a decade at SITE Centers, where she served as Vice President of Leasing and oversaw leasing for a large, multi-state retail portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held leasing roles at DLC Management and participated in the leasing and management training program at Regency Centers.
