As a broker servicing clients of all backgrounds in one of the most complex markets in the world it’s important to manage expectations. By maintaining a diverse professional network, Lauren brings top tier resources and walks clients through every aspect of purchasing or selling. This has helped her to gain tremendous knowledge that helps her demonstrate the value of various transactions to her clients. “My business is not based on closing a client on the first property. Rather, my goal is to build trust through honesty, patience and dedication to each person’s unique situation. In the end, I want my clients to feel confident knowing we did the best job. While real estate can often be an emotional transaction, it is first and foremost a major investment. Lauren assists clients by finding the best spaces and neighborhoods for their needs, while capitalizing on future potential. She has also achieved multiple record-setting sales for clients in both bad and good market conditions. Highly personable and focused, she has worked extensively with both buyers and sellers of Long Island City real estate catering to their specific requests.
Originally from Stamford, Connecticut, Lauren earned a degree from Hofstra University in English with a specialization in British Literature. Currently, Lauren is furthering her expertise by pursuing a double certification in Real Estate Finance and Property Management to enhance her skills and knowledge. A longtime resident of Long Island City, Lauren has followed the area’s development very closely. She is passionate about her neighborhood and chose to specialize in it for that reason. When not busy working, Lauren is an avid Yogi who also enjoys taking kickboxing and Pilates classes.
