Lauren Morgan is a Senior Director for Greystar Property Management and oversees the operations for conventionally owned assets in the Central region for both development and investment. Lauren leads a team of senior leaders across multiple markets in the Central region and has a portfolio of almost 14,000 units, including high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style, new construction, renovations, and retail components. She is also responsible for overseeing the operations of several lease-up communities, value-add renovations, and stabilized Class A and B assets.
Lauren joined Greystar in 2017 and has over twenty-one years of multifamily experience. Prior to joining Greystar, she worked at JRK Property Holdings for five years, where her last position was Regional Vice President, and she was responsible for five states and over 7,000 units.
