Lauren Sharpe specializes in the analysis and disposition of Single-Tenant Net Leased Assets across the Southeast and Midwest. Lauren’s attention to detail and strong work ethic, combined with her market expertise and innovative marketing strategies, helps property owners maximize value and achieve their investment goals in commercial real estate.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Lauren earned dual degrees in Psychology and Business, where she was among the business school’s top students. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, and has a non-resident commercial license in North Carolina.
Outside of business, Lauren enjoys golfing, skiing, and cooking.
