Bio
I'm a developer, agent, and nonprofit leader with experience in historic adaptive reuse and mission-driven real estate. My work bridges the nonprofit and commercial real estate sectors, grounded in the belief that purposeful development and bold philanthropy can reshape communities for the better.
I specialize in identifying and revitalizing underutilized historic properties in New York's Mid-Hudson Valley and Capital Region—transforming them into thriving residential, cultural, and mixed-use assets. My acquisition criteria includes buildings with potential for adaptive reuse, ideally eligible for Federal and State Historic Tax Credits and located in Opportunity Zones. I'm especially interested in commercial and mixed-use properties that can be repositioned into income-producing residential and hospitality destinations.
With a strong foundation in fundraising, capital strategy, and financial management, I help projects and organizations grow through innovative development, cross-sector partnerships, and creative problem-solving. I bring a collaborative, design-driven approach to every project, rooted in both financial and regulatory expertise.
As a licensed real estate agent, I work with investors, developers, and sellers who share a vision for breathing new life into historically significant structures. If you have a listing or a lead on a property with character, complexity, and untapped value, let’s talk.
