Laurence Woznicki formerly served as a senior advisor for SVN Chicago Commercial; with over fifteen (15) years of experience in but-side/sale-side representations commercial and industrial property in the Chicagoland area. Previously served as a real estate agent, then broker, for United Realty & Development, in Lombard, with representation ranging from residential, multifamily, and special-use properties to commercial and industrial. My focus always toward solving clients' needs, whether via acquisition, disposition, or in another advisory role.
Leaving United Realty in 2021, proceeded as a self-sponsoring independent CRE broker and established a clientele that I continues to professionally service.
Also attained the designation of Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) from the Real Estate Institute of Illinois in 2018.
Prior to commercial real estate, attained my P & C, Life Licenses, while still a tradings member of the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Knowledge and analytical experience achieved during that life chapter impressed upon me a unique, nuanced perspective and understanding of economic trends and cycles which mirrors closely with CRE.
