Laurence Woznicki serves as a senior advisor for SVN Chicago Commercial, with over ten years of experience specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial property in the Chicagoland area. Woznicki previously served as a real estate agent for United Realty & Development, working across the spectrum of commercial real estate with a focus toward solving clients' needs, whether via acquisition, disposition, or in an advisory role. After leaving United Realty in 2017, he obtained his Illinois Managing Broker's accreditation, and proceeded as a self-sponsoring independent real estate broker, he established a clientele that he continues to professionally service through the venerable SVN Commercial Chicago franchise.
Woznicki also attained the designation of Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) from the Real Estate Institute of Illinois in 2018. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Woznicki was a member of both the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for more than twenty years.
