Lauretta Collins, Executive Vice President - JRK Residential Group: Lauretta joined JRK in 2002 and currently serves as Vice President of JRK Residential Group. Lauretta oversees JRK's regional maintenance team. Prior to joining JRK, Lauretta served as a regional vice president at JMG and a vice president at Ruth & Associates. In addition to her experience in asset and property management, she has overseen numerous multi-million dollar renovation projects, as well as new construction projects. Over the course of 20-year career in the multifamily industry, she has participated in the due diligence on over $1 billion of properties.
