Laurian joined BC Partners in 2018 as part of the launch of BC Partners Real Estate and is a Partner based in London. He brings extensive experience across real estate investing, corporate finance and platform building.
Before BC Partners, Laurian was a Managing Director at Altarea Cogedim, where he sat on the Group Executive Committee and served as CEO of AltaFund, a €650 million private equity real estate vehicle sponsored by Altarea.
Earlier, he led Group Corporate Finance at Altarea Cogedim—overseeing corporate development, international expansion and bank financing—and held prior roles in real estate corporate finance at PwC and Andersen.
