As head of Savills strategic planning and consulting group in Chicago, Laurie helps tenants develop optimum real estate strategies that solve even the most complex business challenges. Through strategic planning, financial structuring, and demographic analysis, Laurie has helped clients in diverse industries realize cost savings and increased effectiveness. With expertise ranging from the financial analysis of complex financial structures to labor pool and transportation analysis, Laurie’s specialized skills add value beyond basic market and economic data.
Laurie joined Studley in 1999 after working as a consultant at Accenture in its strategic services consulting practice, a position which allowed her to develop a profound and holistic understanding of the challenges facing corporations and the methodologies and approaches to solving them. This knowledge has enabled her to be a tenacious and creative advocate on behalf of tenants. In addition to her work in Chicago, Laurie is a key contributor to Studley’s representation of Accenture and Career Education Corporation, two of Studley’s most important national client relationships.
Laurie was honored in 2003 with the Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Award for “Office Broker of the Year”. She is also a member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and a volunteer with The Bottomless Closet.
