With over 20 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, he has a Masters's in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and has worked with the industry’s most highly recognized companies including CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), NAI, CoStar Group, and Coldwell Banker Commercial. Specializing in tenant and investor representation.
With a diverse background in real estate sales, leasing, development, analysis, underwriting and asset management, he can assist you with your commercial real estate needs. He has worked on deals of all sizes going as high as $300 million. He has helped underwrite and analyze over 100 properties in San Diego totaling over $2 billion in valuations. As a native San Diegan, he is very familiar with the various markets in this county. He has witnessed San Diego's growth and expansion into new territories for over 30 years. He grew up in Solana Beach and Carmel Valley, which have boomed over the past 20 years. He now lives with his family in San Elijo Hills, a newer master community of San Marcos. He loves being a part of this great community. His wife is an elementary school teacher in the San Marcos Unified School District.
