Since joining One Liberty in 1999, he has sourced purchase opportunities, managed sales and secures financing for OLP's portfolio which over the years has included a variety of property types throughout the United States including retail, industrial, office, restaurants, gas station/c-stores, theaters and fitness clubs. Larry oversees all aspects of property acquisitions, dispositions and financing including deal negotiations, joint ventures, underwriting, and due diligence and he is instrumental on the capital side. Larry has over $2 billion in transactional experience.
