Larry Smith has been associated with Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty for the past twenty-five years. A partner since 1990, Mr. Smith has represented such companies as Forest City Ratner, Fortune Brands, Stellar Management and the Feil Organization. He has facilitated the sale of such major properties as The Falchi Building, Gallo Wine facility, The Swingline Building and many others. He is also active as acquisition agent for Octagon Properties LLC, the investment arm of Sholom & Zuckerbrot.
