Lawrence Wang is the Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Grandway Group, a Pasadena-based global asset management and real estate development firm specializing in luxury residential communities, investment advisory, and construction services. Wang oversees strategic investment initiatives, portfolio management, and development projects across multiple U.S. markets, including retail, multifamily, and healthcare sectors. Lawrence has played a key role in managing Grandway’s investment portfolio and spearheading projects such as Brasada Estates, a luxury residential development recognized for its architectural excellence.
Wang has been with Grandway Group since 2004, contributing over two decades of leadership in real estate development and investment management. Mr. Wang is responsible for structuring complex transactions, managing hedge fund allocations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to Grandway, Wang held technology leadership roles at Vaultus and EYESHAKE, Inc. Mr. Wang has been a SEC/FINRA Investment Adviser Representative since 2015.
