Leah is a Realtor, property manager, a small landlord, a financial advisor, business owner and a mom. She is also certified in Real Estate Law and holds her Commercial Real Estate designation through NCREA. Leah began property management in August of 2017 and bought her first income property in April of 2021. She became a licensed realtor in October of 2021. Leah got her first taste of selling homes while managing two mobile home parks and facilitating sales for the park owners.
Watching first time home buyers visualize their future in a home is the best experience. Owning a mobile home in a park is a good opportunity for first time home buyers to experience home ownership since they are not very expensive and it is often easier to qualify for owner financing than a mortgage.
