Professional Experience:
Ms. Fyfe began employment with CB Richard Ellis in March 2003 as a Retail Specialist of the Memphis office. She provides retail brokerage services to Landlords and Tenants. Representing Landlord clients her primary responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, procuring and qualifying property showings, and lease negotiations. She is honored to consult several quality Retailers as their exclusive Tenant Representative conducting market analysis, quality site selection and negotiations. Her work is trusted by local shop proprietors as well as national property owners.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Leah worked with Fortune 500 companies for eight years in direct sales of technology services helping them establish growth plans that better served their target audiences.
Achievements:
Leah is an active promoter and fan of the City of Memphis involved with organizations such as Our City Our Future tutoring program with the Memphis City Schools, the South Main Neighborhood Association, the Memphis Farmers Market and various downtown special project committees.
EDUCATION
Leah graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Memphis in December 1996.
