Lee Ellison is a Senior Vice President at Commercial Industrial Properties and specializes in land, office and industrial tenant representation, project leasing and sales.
He has over 30 years in the Austin Commercial Real Estate market and 24 years in real estate brokerage business for several national and local firms.
Lee has handled over 1,600 acres in land sales, 950,000 square feet of commercial leases and more than 470,000 square feet of sales during his time in the business. He has been recognized on the Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters List and the CoStar Group’s “Austin Power Broker” list.
Lee holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), a national organization.
Lee is a volunteer for Meals On Wheels and in his free time he enjoys traveling with his wife and visiting their daughter and grandson.
