Mr. Jeane is a 34-year veteran in the Houston real estate industry, specializing in landlord agency services to institutional and entrepreneurial owners of commercial real estate and tenant representation services for occupants of commercial real estate. Landlord agency experience includes design/implementation of creative, detailed and complex marketing programs/leasing plans, re-development, and property management and landlord/tenant relations. Mr. Jeane worked on exclusive leasing assignments in over 100 commercial real estate properties totaling more than 30 million square feet. Mr. Jeane was a top performer throughout his career. He was involved in more than 1,500 transactions and securing rental income of more than $1.5 billion.
