Lee is a Partner at TexStone Partners, where he focuses on the development and execution of mixed-use and retail projects and the cultivation of long-term capital and occupier relationships. TexStone reflects the continuation and evolution of Lee’s career-long focus on delivering high-quality retail environments through aligned partnerships and disciplined execution.
Prior to TexStone, Lee spent the majority of his career at Lincoln Property Company, where he helped deliver more than 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use and retail product and played a key role in creating Lincoln’s national retail occupier services platform.
Lee earned a B.A. from the University of Mississippi and an M.S. from Texas A&M University–Commerce. He has held the CCIM designation since 2016. Lee lives in Dallas with his wife, Shelby, and their two sons, Jackson and James.
