Mr. Neel has been active in negotiating real estate transactions throughout the southeast for more than 40 years. Experienced in brokerage, leasing, site location, and property management, Mr. Neel has a wide variety of customers including UPS, University Hospital, numerous local and regional real estate developers, SunTrust Bank, Augusta National Golf Club, and other national, regional, and local companies. Mr. Neel received a Bachelor of Ceramic Engineering from Georgia Tech in 1958 and a MBA from Emory University in 1964. Prior to obtaining a real estate broker’s license in 1973, Mr. Neel was employed as an engineer with the Babcock & Wilcox Co. and Merry Brothers Brick & Tile Co. Mr. Neel has served on the Board of Trustees of the University of The South, on the Richmond County Board of Commissioners, and as Vice Chairman of the Republican Party of Georgia.
