Lee Walker is a Managing Partner at TriBridge Residential, where he provides strategic leadership across acquisitions, dispositions, structuring, and investment management. Known for his innovative approach to real estate, Lee has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s ability to identify and capitalize on unique opportunities, helping transform good investments into exceptional ones. Over his tenure, he has closed more than $3 billion in transactions, reinforcing TriBridge’s position as a leading multifamily owner and operator in the Southeast.
Before joining TriBridge and its affiliates in 1992, Lee built a diverse background in real estate finance and development. His prior roles include serving as an apartment developer at Summit Properties, a mortgage banker at Lomas & Nettleton and Cunrie Company of Texas, and a loan officer at First Texas Savings and Loan.
Lee holds dual degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing—from the University of South Carolina. He is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, and Flux Projects. Beyond his professional commitments, Lee is deeply engaged in community initiatives, co-founding the Atlanta Real Estate Collaborative, a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness, and supporting numerous arts organizations and cultural projects.
