Bio
Lee joined McGraw Commercial Properties in 2023 as President and Managing Broker. In this role, Lee is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of all service lines including Leasing, Investment Sales, Property Management, and Valuation. Lee has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has been recognized for success in increasing market share, revenue, and profit margins while building synergistic teams.
Lee holds both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. His previous experience includes leadership roles with national companies including CBRE, Transwestern, and Hines with direct oversight of brokerage operations and property management portfolios of more than 35 million square feet in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington.
Lee is originally from Conroe, Texas. He earned a bachelors degree in Business administration from Sam Houston State University. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, live music, and traveling with his wife.
