Leeanna commenced her career at Avison Young in 2010 and is an integral member of the Avison Young Management Team in Vancouver.. With a decade of continued advancement and experience working on behalf of some of the province’s most notable public and private sector clientele, Leeanna has developed an in depth understanding of real estate transaction negotiations and closing activities across all asset classes. Her in depth of knowledge, work ethic, integrity, and directly related experience with complex real estate transactions ensures that Avison Young’s processes are seamlessly implemented and the most optimal solutions are delivered to both the Vancouver staff and clients we serve.. Having obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2018, Leeanna is also well versed in Project Management processes and activities. This skill set and knowledge base ensures that she is able to effectively manage and prioritize the ongoing variety of requests and volume that come along with her day to day operational duties. However, combining her Project Management skills with her Real Estate Brokerage experience also equips Leeanna with the ability to assist the Project Management Team in qualifying opportunities to ensure Avison Young maximizes its chances to offer clients a full service experience..
