Her name is Leigh Ann Cook Richards, Principal Broker of Trendex Group LLC. Real estate has been her passion– and profession — for the last 32 years; since 1988, her focus has been mostly on residential homes, agricultural land, and commercial land.
As a native Nashvillian, her knowledge of the real estate market in the Greater Nashville Area of Middle Tennessee is extensive.
Her credentials include: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-pro, RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce), and a member of the REALTORS Land Institute. She is a Life-Time member of the Awards of Excellence from Greater Nashville REALTORS.
