Len has extensive experience in retail, residential, and commercial development, with a strong background in the development and management of hotels, restaurants, seniors’ housing, and mixed-use projects across Vancouver Island. Since 1983, he has managed both residential and commercial rental properties with a portfolio of over 500 units. He is a past President of West Shore Chamber of Commerce.
