Leon Novak is responsible for the alliance relationships with financial partners and individual investors, as well as the overall leadership of the firm along with his two partners, David and Terry. He has been active in both the local and national real estate markets for the past 52 years and is known in the industry for being a pioneer and self-starter. Prior to The Trilogy Group, Leon was the principal broker for Novak & Associates, Inc., a full-service real estate brokerage firm he founded in 1973, which specialized in free-standing single-tenant and multi-tenant retail property brokerage. A year later he expanded the business by creating Novak Development Corporation with its primary focus being the development of retail properties.
Leon is actively involved in the community and the industry, serving on the Board of Counselors for the Carter Centers and the advisory board of United Community Bank. Leon previously served on the advisory board of BB&T for 14 years until the mandatory retirement age of 70.
